General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld Solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.
If your company is running any version of SYSPRO prior SYSPRO 6.1 SP1, an update to SYSPRO 6.1 SP1 or SYSPRO 7.0 is required.

852 CSV File

Corrected conflict between quoted and non-quoted forms.

855 Discounts Tab

Corrected generation of SAC segments.

856 Export

Added pack UOM configuration to SN1 settings.

Corrected error causing first order to fail.

870 Export

Added new option to P01 tab to only send zero ship quantities if there is a backorder quantity.

Corrected out-of-order PER and ISR segments when sent at the order level.

Handheld Bin Transfers

Revision/Release support enhanced to check if stock codes are marked for ECC prior to displaying Rev/Rel fields.

850 Import

Corrected Ship-To location to pull from the proper AR account in the trading partner setup when using sub-accounts.

Enhanced to enable a Replacement PO (BEG01 = 7) to replace more than one order containing the same Replacement PO number.

Shipping Dispatch Status

Corrected sales order status update when when Shipping Station is set to change status after creating dispatch notes.

882 Export

Enhanced 882 to enable a setting to control the sequence of the charge or allowance, depending on the transaction being an order or credit.

Shipping Using Lots

Corrected no lots to allocate when selecting a stock code quantity less than the order quantity.

Corrected serial allocation issue when using lots.

Shipping Using Starship

Corrected One+ carton being generated with empty contents.

Client-based Scripting

Corrected function error when using client-based scripting.

945 Import

Corrected lot allocation quantity mismatch errors.

Enhanced "945 Only" tab to choose All Tares, All Packs, or to use the 3rd character of SSCC to determine.

Handheld Auto-Close Pack

Enhanced Handheld Solution to auto-close pack after scan.

Opening Prior Shipments

Corrected certain zero customer/order numbers when selecting "Open Prior Shipment"

810 Export

Corrected TXI overriding SAC when using both Order and Line level on the Taxes tab.


Corrected COMPAR error displayed when scripting is involved in the 850, 875, 860, 830, 863, and 945.

Ship Via

Corrected displaying of Shipping "Ship Via" instructions on note lines.

Shipping BOL

Corrected BOL freight charge description to always print.

Shipping Kits and Starship

Updated Starship interface to follow Shipping station settings on how to send kits to Starship.

Shipping Scheduled Orders

Enhanced Order Display tab so days restriction will only function with scheduled orders.

Handheld UOM using Bins

Corrected sales order quantity when using bins and Alternate or Other UOM.

852 Export

Enhanced to create N9 segments at the header and detail level under the N901 code in the setup.

856 Import

Updated to allow 00 in the element field of the LIN LOT information segment setup in the cross reference.

Dimensions Cross-Reference

Corrected PO403 following the option to disable the use of the dimensions x-ref.

Input Sort Automation

Corrected NOREPORT and NRINA options being passed to the imports during the automated input sort.
