we are printing labels fine in SYSPRO6 from the handhelds. everything is pointing to E:\SYSPRO61\Label
we've set up a syspro7 test host, upgraded the database, and pointed the settings for the label control files and directories to the new locaiton E:\SYSPRO7\Label.
the labels (pallet, job, purchase order) go through the process, but now in the Watch directory (E:\SYSPRO7\Label\Watch), the file generated is a .xml file and never gets printed on the label printer.
where is the configuration at for the system to pick up the watch file and print it out? Does it matter now that the labels printing are in a .xml extension vs. a .txt extension? the code in the file is the same.
